Abstract:
There were proposed several ways of the growing and biosynthetic regulation of biosynthetic properties of Macleaya cordata cell culture.
There were studied dependence of the mineral elements and pH intervals of the nutrient substrate, and the spectral light characteristics and phytohormones as the exogenic factors of the biosynthetic processes. There were found that the blue and red light stimulate the sanguinarine and dihydrosanguinarine as the major products in the cells culture, while chelirubine and dihydrochelirubine were formed predominantly in darkness.
The alkaloid contents were found to increase during morphogenesis process. There was found that an increase of sucrose concentration and the macronutrients led to increase of the biomass yield. There were found out that the use of phytohormones IAA and kinetin increased yield of the brought sanguinarine and dihydrosanguinarine to 1 %, and chelirubine and dihydrochelirubine to 2 %. An increase of pH nutrient to 5 increases biosynthetic activity of the cells on 18 %.
