Abstract:
The aim of study was to evaluate the local anesthetic and anticoagulant effects of the derivatives of acylpyrotartaric acids. In this study newly synthesized acylpyrotartaric acids derivatives were investigated. Some of the prepared compounds possessed remarkable anticoagulant activity (IL-31, IL-41, IL-183) and significant surface anesthetic activity (IL-5, IL-10, IL-30, IL-178, IL-182, IL-183, IL-185). Compound IL-183 demonstrated anticoagulant and local anesthetic activities at the same time and could be interesting for further development as a local anesthetic drug, which can be used in surgical operations in patients with hypercoagulation disorders.
