Obtain and research compound of ademetionine - chondroitinsulfonic acid

Abstract:
Creation of new preparations based on known drug substances is one of the most perspective direction, because in these cases there is no necessity to carry out screening pharmaceutical tests. In addition the combination of two drug substances in one complex can eliminate disadvantages of each substances and compliment the spectrum of pharmacological action. In this work the goal of obtaining of salt of ademetionine with chondroitinsulfonic acid is set. Ademetionine containing 98.5 %, chondroitinsulfonic acid 98.5 %, ethyl alcohol 95 %, aceton marc CP were used for research. The method of obtaining of salt: Suspension of ademetionine and chondroitinsulfonic acid in ethyl alcohol were obtained. The suspensions were mixed in stechiometric ratio of ademetionine - chondroitinsulfonic acid (1:4). The mixture was stirred with a help of magnetic stirrer to obtain homogeneous mass. Then 3 - fold quantity of acetone was added to mixture. In mixture appear a solid which was filtered three times washed with ethyl alcohol and dried at room temperature. Obtained powder was undergoed to analisis with a help of TLC and UV - spectrophotometry. Absorption spectrum of water solution was registrated with a help of spectrofotometr SF - 2000. Water solution of salt was chromatografed in system of ethyl alcohol - acetic acid - water (64:1:34). In these conditions multiple freely - soluble in water and practically insoluble in ethanol and aceton salt is obtained. Quantitative determination of ademetionine in salt was carried out with spectrophotometric method at 256 nm. Calculation was carried out with a help of WSM. In this process pharmacopeia drug was used. Based on obtained results we can make a conclusion that molar ratio of ademetionine - chondroitinsulfonic acid is 1:4. The salts of ademetionine with chondroitinsulfonic acid is obtained by precipitation. The compound of obtained salt is learned and it is showed that molar ratio of components is 1:4.
