Abstract:
The techniques for the detection and quantitative determination of baclofen in the urine has been proposed based on the GC-MS and HPLC-UV methods and validated, The proposed HPLC technique for the quantitative determination of baclofen in the urine is characterized by specificity, linearity, accuracy and repeatability The developed techniques has been used for determination of baclofen in the urine of patients Municipal Clinical Emergency Hospital № 6 (Krasnoyarsk) with suspected poisoning baclofen, Baclofen was detected in 10 cases out of 16 (62,5 %), In most cases, along with baclofen in the urine of patients revealed the presence of other drugs such as paracetamol, metaclopramide, amphetamine and other.
