Experimental study of pharmaceutical forms created at the basis of Arnica Foliosa dry extracts

Abstract:
There were worked out pharmaceutical forms of Arnica foliosa extract dry: rectal suppositories 0,05 g, cream 1,5 % and the gel 1 % for external use. Experimental toxicological studies of suppositories were carried out on rectal introduction to rabbits of Shinshilla, and the cream and the gel applications on depilated rats skin for 90 days. Suppositories were administered per rectum dose back zone of rats Wistar rats (30 mg/kg daily dose): 50-fold therapeutic daily dose of the active component. Curative action of the Arnica cream 1,5 % and gel 1 % was studied at the model of thermal damage (III-IV degree) to the mice skin BALB/c (males). There have been found, that suppositories, the cream and the gel Arnica foliosa extract dry were easily survived by animals, not producing general toxic and local irritaled action. Arnica cream 1,5 % and gel 1 % exhibits anti-inflammatory and reparative properties on the experimental models of thermal of mice skin damage.
