Abstract:
This article presents an assessment circulation of the insecticide Bankole in rats with acute intoxications. The dynamics of the quantitative content of the agricultural chemical in the blood was studied. It was set that the maximum absorption of the drug from the gastrointestinal tract into the blood in 6 hours after intragastric administration and the possibility to study the variability of biochemical, morphometric and physiological parameters of warm-blooded animals after the specified time. The tropism of organs was observed when it ingests to the investigated pesticide. Shown that hat the maximum extent (over 70%) affects the digestive organs of (stomach, intestines, liver) and excretory (kidney). This model of research allows to evaluate influence on the organism of ecological impact of small doses of pesticide which goes through trophic chains.
