The improvement of technology for the drug substance antifungal activity

Abstract:
Drug substance anmarin is the sum of two isomers of anhydromarmesine, produced from the fruits of Ammimajus L. a method of obtaining anmarine worked only in pilot conditions. In this regard, the aim of our study was the choice of the optimal conditions of extraction and purification of maresine when scaling this technology in small scale production. At the stage of extraction of the selected extragent, frequency, time and mode of extraction. As a result of the study found that the optimal is the use of ethyl alcohol 90-96 %, holding triple extraction with the use of periodici second and third extraction on the next load. The cleanup phase and worked out the time of hydrolysis, picked up the extragent and adsorbent for chromatographic purification. All selected process conditions were the basis of a series of carrying loads to obtain anmarine. It is seen that the output of anmarine from the fruits of Ammimajus L. amounts from 51.9 to 56,0 %.
