Cream as a rational dosage form

Abstract:
The composition and technology of obtaining leafy Arnica extract of dried medicinal cream of 1.5%. The choice of excipients in the development of the cream-based biopharmaceutical concept, demonstrating the influence of excipients on the active component or the interaction between them. During the development of the cream as bases were used: wax emulsion having a high emulsifying properties, spen-60 - a emulsifier and stabilizer, amoxol-268 - emulsifier, vaseline - fat basis. The quality of the developed cream was evaluated according to the requirements of the global Fund XI and GF XII publications and structural-mechanical properties. On these criteria, the selected therapeutic cream No. 1. Based on the results of the quality of the dosage forms developed technological scheme of production of leafy Arnica extract, dry, cream of 1.5%. Conducted Toxicological assessment of leafy Arnica extract dry, healing cream 1.5% and studied its effectiveness on thermal burn model in mice. Thus, the result of the conducted research was the creation of a new dosage form leafy Arnica extract dry healing cream 1.5 per cent, intended for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases of various origins, and does not exhibit toxic and irritant actions.
