The essential stage in the range of works on developing and introducing new application medical products in scales of pharmaceutical production is the analysis of the level of technics in the field of creation of transdermal therapeutic systems with phytoextracts of antiviral action and fixing the absence of TTC patent examples in the field of researches. The analysis of patent literature allows getting information, reflecting the condition of pharmaceutical works in the field of antiviral transdermal systems which allows estimating the topicality and prospects of this work objectively.
