Abstract:
It was investigated anticoagulant activity of sulfates of the cellulose excreted from Gossypium hirsutum L. Cellulose sulfates increase plasma coagulation time of appearance of human plasma fibrin clots in coagulation tests - activated particulate thromboplastin time, prothrombin time, thrombin time and ReaClot-Heparin.
