Oil exit from Euonymus Europaeus L. fruits (Short communication)

Abstract:
Fruits of Euonymus europaeus accumulate oil in seeds and arills. Oils of seeds and arills differ in content. Oil from E. europaeus fruits can be used in medicine. The contents of absolutely dry matter and raw oil in the pericarp, seeds, and arills was revealed for E. europaeus. It is shown that the highest content of the absolutely dry matter is in the pericarp, while raw oil - in the arill. These results allow us to recommend to collect oil-yielding materials of E. europaeus after the dehiscence of its fruits.
