Мetabolic parameters and arterial hypertension in myocardial ischemia, complicating Ventricular fibrillation

Abstract:
At 26 chinchilla rabbits weighing 3-4 kg studied the effect of short-term ischemia, complicated and neoslozhnyayuscheysya subsequently ventricular fibrillation, some hemodynamic and metabolic parameters that characterize the state of energy metabolism, the intensity of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system. Determined that based on the development of metabolic disease in short-term myocardial ischemia is a sharp decline in oxygenation cardiomyocytes and inhibition of aerobic ATP synthesis. Due to the activation of glycolytic processes increases lactate concentration, increased lipid peroxidation. Increase in the concentration of lipid peroxidation products and lactic acidosis in myocardial ischemia indicate the development of oxidative stress. This is accompanied by an increased concentration of VLDL in the peripheral blood and a decrease in the activity of membrane-bound Na+, K+ ? ATPase activity in red blood cells. Myocardial ischemia, further aggravating ventricular fibrillation, revealed a profound disturbances in energy metabolism and a marked imbalance between the rate of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system. This, apparently, and can serve as one of the causes incoordination of neuronal activity bulbar cardiovascular center, revealed earlier in myocardial ischemia, is complicated by ventricular fibrillation.
