Abstract:
Investigated possibility using the medicine «omegalicin» and vitamin \"C\" for correction together with traditional therapy for treatment of psoriasis. The problem of the work was a study of the condition antioxidant systems patients of psoriasis after administration a preparation, influencing upon intensity free radical oxidations. The condition of antioxidant systems valued on activities catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase of blood, contents serum protein SH-groups and intensity hemiluminescention. In work was used designed prof. V.A.DADALI certified complex «omegalicin» (SR 77 99 23 3 beside 4224 6 07 from 15.06 2007г), containing ω-3 fat acids and extract of the garlic. Omega-3 fat acids are a source of eicosanoids and as unsaturated join present the substratum for lipid peroxidation. In previous study was discovered that level reconstruction equivalent increases of psoriatic patients, that promotes the reduction apoptosis and increasing to velocities of proliferation, and can be one of the reasons of the shaping psoriatic manifestation.
Was found, that «Omegalicin» increased generation of reactive oxygen species, which necessary for decreases of proliferation by decrease activity of enzymes catalase, glutathionperoxidase, concentration protein SH-groups and increases to activity superoxide dismutase.
