Development of ways of increasing the medicines - solubility

Abstract:
To increase the solubility of calcium gluconate and triazavirin the phenomenon of intermolecular influence is used. Calcium gluconate and triazavirin were the model objects of the research. In this work is shown that during the mixing of solutions of calcium gluconate with solutions of calcium lactate, saharat, levulinate and an ascorbate the deviation of a depression of temperature of freezing from additive settlement size is observed. For this reason authors make an assumption of intermolecular interaction between calcium gluconate and other salts of calcium. Preparative removal of intermolecular compounds of calcium gluconate with other salts of calcium is carried out. The analysis of these connections showed that the molar ratio of salts in crystals is equal to 1:1. Solubility of received crystal connections is studied and it is shown that compound of calcium gluconate with calcium saharat has the greatest solubility (more than 22 %) and it increases total solubility of individual mixes more than three times. During the study of solubility of triazavirin authors used possibility of intermolecular interaction on the basis of Lewis\'s acid-base theory. Amino acids are used as donors of electrodes. By cryoscopic method it is established that the strongest interaction of triazavirin happens with glycine. As a result of research intermolecular connection triazavirin-glycine in a molar ratio of 1:1 is allocated. It is shown that solubility of the received connection is equal to 13.5 % that in terms of triazavirin is 8 %.
