Abstract:
170 rats «Wistar» in experimental diabetes mellitus associated with a duodenal ulcer, and studied the functional activity of erythrocyte membranes and hepatocytes. These results suggest that lipid disorders associated with activation of processes lipid peroxidation, which is manifested as an increase in the content of primary and secondary products of lipid peroxidation, alteration of the functional properties of membranes, as well as disturbances in the antioxidant defense system. Against the background of insulin deficiency in EDS increased lipid peroxidation in erythrocyte membranes and in liver homogenates leads to disruption of lipid-protein relationships and reduce the activity of insulin receptors and enzymes, SOD, catalase, CCO and LDH. Violation insulinreceptors interaction leads to a decrease in glucose uptake in the studied tissues by lowering the activity of insulin receptors, especially pronounced ulcer duodenum against streptozotocin diabetes.
