Abstract:
It was determined, that Thermoxol exerts antitussive¸ mucolytic and broncholytic action. In the experiment on the study of antitussive action, held on white nonlinear mice, Thermoxol for 49,09 % suppress cough jolts caused by aerosol 25 % water solution of citric acid. In the experiment on the study of mucolytic action, held on grass frogs, Thermoxol showed the expressed expectorant effect. In experiment on study of broncholytic action, held on guinea pigs, Thermoxol caused a dose-dependent reduction of histamine bronchospasm.
