Abstract:
Forty four component are determined, the main are α-pinene (60,7 %), β-phellandrene (20,9 %), β-pinene (4,5 %), δ-cadinene (1,9 %). Significant differences in the composition of different fractions of essential oil are indentified. Different fractions of essential are tested on the biological activity by enzymatic test systems in vitro. It was found that the biological activity of the essential oil of Pinus Sibirica is highly dependent on the content of its main components, such as α-pinene, β-phellandrene, γ-, δ-cadinene.
