Presents a generalized scheme of the practical implementation of the restoration work. Provides general methodical recommendations and the basic directions of restoration, identified a set of methods used.Particular attention is paid to the features of the application of restoration techniques when working with biological objects and the requirements on materials and reagents. We have determined the parameters for the control of biological object during restoration work and its future preservation.
