The experimental researches on study chemotherapeutical efficiency of the new medicinal form Helepin D - 0,2 % of eye drops of durable action on model ophtalmoherpes in comparison with Oftan - ido, preclinical trial of safety of the specified medicinal form and also it anti-inflammatory and reparative properties. The solution of Helepin D at local application of eye drops 0,2 % on model experimental ophtalmoherpes at the rabbits has expressed antivirus activity exceeding a reference - drug Oftan - ido. On model of thermal damage of a leather (burns of III - IV degree) at single prophylactic and multiple-dose medical intra-abdominal dosing of substation Helepin D in a doze of 200 mg/kg (1/10 LD50) is established, that it has expressed anti-inflammatory action is manifested in the weakening severity of burn injury and acceleration of burn wound regeneration process. Long-term instillation, within three weeks of Helepin D 0,2 % eye drops, have shown their good tolerance and absence of structural changes in the eye of experimental animals, and also irritating action on a mucous membrane of the rabbits eye.
