Abstract:
Development of innovative approaches to the solution of the biomedical problems directed on optimization of technological processes of bioimplants production and improvement of health saving technologies, is one of actual problems of modern medicine. Need of its decision is confirmed by constantly increasing need for a plastic material in view of increase in volume of reconstructive and recovery operations (traumatology, orthopedics, maxillofacial surgery), caused by increasing of cases of traumatism, increasing in number injured in the local military conflicts, ecology deterioration, and also decrease in volume of the allogenny material corresponding to medico-technical requirements. The present stage of development of bioimplantology is characterized by special attention of scientists to further improvement of applied techniques of research of biological fabrics, synthetic materials of medical appointment, to optimization of biomedical technologies of receiving quality implants for the purpose of increase of efficiency of reconstructive and recovery operations. The special attention is thus paid to search and experimental approbation of new physical and chemical methods of research and processing of biological tissues, practical realization of not now in use available methodological and technological capabilities. Realization them can make an essential contribution to the solution of a number of priority problems of modern medicine and biology as a whole and bioimplantology in particular. As the perspective it should be noted physicomechanical methods of processing and division of biological fabrics on the basis of use of hollow cylindrical and detachable disk mills, a hydrodynamic intsiziya, a technique of an assessment of composite and element structure of bone substance data about which are submitted earlier. The differential scanning calorimetry which is applicable for definition of composition of the mineralized biological tissues belongs to noteworthy innovative methods. Considering structurally functional features of bone tissues, at a solution of the problem of improvement of quality of implants the special attention needs to be paid to the researches devoted to modern methods of sterilization. Use for sterilization of unique properties of ozono-oxygen mixes is one of innovative approaches to improvement of considered technology. The solution of this task will allow to finish creation and introduction in practice of tissue banks of modern manufacturing techniques of bone implants on the basis of using of highly effective high technologies at all stages - from preparation of bone fragments up to sterilization of ready implants.
