Abstract:
Research was conducted in optimization of nutrient medium component structure used for growing suspension cellular culture of Thalictrum minus L. The task was to find the best solution for balance between macro salts, which compose nutrient medium. As a result it was proved that the growth of suspension cellular culture of Thalictrum minus L. is provided by prevalence of P+, Mg+2 and N+5 ions in nutritious substratum. The role of P+5 ions are quite high for berberin synthesis. The change of ions Ca+2, Mg+2, K+ share results in redistribution of alkaloid in tissue and cultural liquid. Alkaloid synthesis and its separation in cultural liquid is provided by prevalence of K+, Mg+2 ions in nutritious substratum, but its accumulation in cellular culture is provided by prevalence of Ca+2 and N+5 ions. Results of this research assume that the process of growth of Thalictrum minus L. cellular culture and biosynthesis of berberin alkaloid could be directed by change of minerals share.
