The modified quantitative method of flavonoid determination in airial part of Solidago canadensis L

Abstract:
Results of the quantitative differential method of the total flavonoid determination in the plant material using rutin as the standard sample are presented. Some date of the extraction experimental process were determined (crude drug / extragent, 1:100), at 50-60 ºC, extraction length - 1 hr. Preliminary treatment of samples solutions for analisis was modified. As the results of differential UV analisis spectra of the test solutions and the standard solutions the analytical wave was determined to be 410 nm. Metrologic characteristics of the quantitative methods of determination is offered. Single error of determination was 9.0 % , in three determinations - 5,18 %. The total flavonoids (on rutin standard) in the plant material was 1,3 % comparing to the normative method, being 4.3 %.
