In article results of studying of collection samples and hybrids of a valuable herb - Atropa belladonna are presented. Collections and hybrids were studied on passing phenophase, on productivity of raw materials and seeds in the first and in the second year of life, to the content of biologically active substances, stability to main types of diseases. On separate economic and useful signs three hybrids of the first generation, of interest as a valuable initial material for further selection work with a belladonna are allocated.
