Improvement the method of flavonoide determination in metabolomic of plants and complex medicine based on flavonoides

Abstract:
The one of the most important properties of flavonoides is increasing of strength of capillary walls, which is actually for local therapy of chronic venous insufficiency. In our early researching we develop the gel with extract grape leafs and heparin sodium. Extract grape leafs contain the polyphenolic compounds (like quercetin, isquercetrin, rutin and others), which can be determinate using different methods: HPLC, spectrophotometry.
We researched the extract grape leafs using method of HPLC-MS with DART: the intensive peaks of molecules of protonated ions of volatiles with molecular mass 300500 is located in mass-spectrum.
The HPLC-chromatograms of gel was gotten from two methods: HPLC determination of flavonoides with quercetin like standart and HPLC determination of resveratrol.
The simplicity and ecomonic factor of method of quality control are very important for manufacturer. We researched three method of spectrophotometry determination of flavonoides and chose the method of spectrophotometry determination of complex flavonoides with aluminium chloride in gel with rutin like standart. This method was improved for gel and validated. The method can be suites for determination of quantitative content of flavonoides in all kind of raw material in metabolic of plants and technological documentation for medicines based on flavonoides. The method has advantages and allows to improve the medicine standardization on content of flavonoides.
