Abstract:
For today are absent standard pathogenetically well - founded terms of research biochemical indicators bloods at sick of an infectious endocarditis in the postoperative period. Therefore has ripened necessity to establish the exact, pathogenetically caused terms of changes of biochemical indicators at the given pathology that will allow to watch more accurately occurrence of complications in the postoperative period, and also will lead to depression of expenses in connection with reduction of researches in diagnostically insignificant terms. The work purpose - the analysis of changes of biochemical indicators to blood serum at patients in the course of treatment infectious en-dokardita. Object of laboratory research were samples of a blood sick of an infectious endocarditis. Biochemical indicators in blood serum of patients defined in dynamics. For an estimation of reaction of an organism on a trauma in blood serum defined concentration of the general protein and an albumin, the general bilirubin, urea and creatinine, activity transaminases. At the moment of entering in a hospital biochemical indicators of blood serum were in limits of referential value. Concentration of the general protein in blood serum authentically decreases for the first days after operation, reaching a maximum the third days 52,71 ±1,55 g/l. Further, on 6 - е days after operation concentration of the general protein raises, reaching normal value to 9 - to 12 days. Albumin level in blood serum authentically decreases for the first days after operation, reaching a maximum the third days 25,82± 1,39 g/l. Further, for the sixth days after operation albumin level in blood serum raises, without reaching normal value to 9 - to 12 days. Concentration of urea and creatinine for the first time days after operation authentically raises in comparison with control group, for the sixth days becomes perceptible to days normalization of the given indicators. For the first time days after operation took place the hyperbilirubin-mija which reason is traumatic influence of an artificial circulation on erythrocytes. For the first time days after operation the augmentation of activity transaminases in a blood that reflects reaction of an organism to an operational trauma becomes perceptible. For the sixth days after operation normalization of the given indicators isn'ted. The received results testify that during 12 - and days after an operative measure in blood serum of patients there were changes of the biochemical indicators which peak is necessary gor the first days, by ninth and twelfth days there was a normalization of the studied indicators. Thus, obosno-bathrooms terms of changes of biochemical indicators of blood serum at patients in the course of treatment of an infectious endocarditis are established exact, pathogenetically. It, on the one hand, will allow to watch more accurately occurrence of complications in the postoperative period, and on the other hand will lead to depression of expenses in connection with reduction of analyses in diagnostically insignificant terms.
