Abstract:
Many lipids are very important biological effectors, regulators and mediators and they participate practically in all physiological processes of plant cells. But these process' taking place in cells of intact plants and cells culture in vitro could be different. Comparison of peaks area in herb and dry cells culture of Thalictrume minus L. resulted in finding out of 27 fatty acids. Out them physiologically important are: saturated fatty acids - nylon, caprylic, lauric, myristic, palmitic, stearic, arahic, begonic and unsaturated fatty acids - palmitoleic, oleic, linoleic, α-linolenic, erucic. But substance quantity is different. In the herb in total you can find: oil fatty - 14,91%, palmitic - 27,64 %, linoleic - 9,89 %, α-linolenic - 17,30 %; in cellular biomass: palmitic - 31,23%, linoleic - 32,90 % and α-linolenic - 13,41 % fatty acids. These differences are due to specific conditions of growing in vitro suspension cells culture strains TM-2 - 05 VILAR.
