Abstract:
The micromycetes from soil of Botanical garden Bach Tkhao (t.Khanoi) was observed and classificated, inclusion 76 of species 29 of generation, to form part of composition 17 of species Aspergillus (22,4 %), 18 of species Penicillium (23,7 %), 5 of species Humicola (6,6 %) and so on. The genus Aspergills include next species: A. aculeatus, A. asperescens, A. awamori A. candidus, A. carbonarius, A. canneus, A. ficuum, A. flavipes, A. japonicus, A. japonicus var aculeatus, A. niger, A. niveus, A. orizae, A. paraziticus, A. terricola, A. ustus, A. wentii. The genus Ptnicillium include the following species: P. biforme, P. casei, P. citrinum, P. duclauxii, P. frequentans, P. funiculosum, P. italicum, P. lanoso-coeruleum, P. lanosum, P. lilacinum, P. lividum, P. melinii, P. nigricans, P. oxalicum, P. puberulum, P. roquefortii, P. steckii, P. stoloniferum. 8 of species microscopic fungi was identificate, but absent in nomenclature of flora from Vietnam: Botryodiplodia, Gloesporium, Hainesia, Hansfordia, Nectria, Pestalotiopsis, Thermomyces, Torulomyces, 50 of species of mycelium fungi synthesised of ectracellular cellulolytic ensimes. Two metods conservation was observed: in glycerol about 20 ºC and on silicagel. 94 % of species was conserved its capable of living, but persent strain with cellulolytic activity let down after one years of storage. The morphological properties for example two investigatiol spesies A. carbonarius и Veronea coprophila was stability after one years ago. The collection of micromycetes with cellulolytic activity was created. This collection was base for further investigation of microflora of soil Vietnam.
