The structural and functional features of the continuum of regulatory peptides, neuromediators and other biologically active substances are investigated. The state of adaptative medicine is indicated, in need of reformation of the theoretical and experimental methods. The complex of several paradigmatic approaches in the diagnostic study and treatment of diseases, new principles for the development of pharmacological agents are proposed. The attention to internal reserve molecular program as the most physiologic is accented. It is known that the regulation of all physiological processes are by a complex sets of endogenous compounds that active in a certain sequence and in certain combinations. Identification of such induction schemes already reveals «ready» scenarios of the therapeutic procedures and the sets of drugs.
