Abstract:
The effect of a new complex of anxiolytic buspirone with glycyrrhizic acid («buspirone+GK») on blood biochemical parameters in anxiety-depressive mice was studied. It wasn-t found the influence of «buspirone+GK» (1 mg/kg), as well as of buspirone (1 mg/kg), on the glucose, total protein, cholesterol and triglycerides levels. At the same time, the new complex «buspirone+GK», like buspirone, increased the activity of catalase, thereby improving the antioxidant processes in animals with pathological state.
