Abstract:
The increase in quantity of fungoid diseases and their danger, observance of sanitary-and-hygienic living conditions causes necessity of expansion of researches in the field of reception new antifungial preparations and studying of their biological activity. In the last century are established antifungial properties of a wide spectrum of action at benzimidazole derivatives, and also mechanisms of antifungial actions of the majority of applied derivatives are well studied. Studying of activity dependent on a dose synthesised by us 4-(2-metil-1H-benzimidazol-1-ilmetil)phenol in relation to the strains of Aspergillus niger and Cladosporium herbarum became the purpose of the given work. Test objects concern kinds of is conditional-pathogenic mushrooms BSL-2, widespread in the nature and, especially, in the anthropogenous environment. It is revealed antifungal action of the given connection on indicators of growth tested strains mushrooms. At operating doses 150, 200 and 250 μg influence on culture Aspergillus niger had obvious dose-dependent effect, quantity mushroom propagules decreases on 8,5 %, 47 % and 54 % from control accordingly. In culture Cladosporium herbarum decrease propagules made from 36 % to 59 % depending on days of cultivation, but irrespective of a dose.
