Estimation of cultures of cages of bioengineering superproducers

Abstract:
Getting biologically active substances of a phytogenesis allows to create further on their basis medicinal and diagnostic preparations with a wide range of biological activity adaptogenic (from a cellular biomass of Panax ginseng), hepatoprotecting (from a biomass of cells Thalictrum minus), neuroprotecting preparations (for example, allocated of a biomass of cells Ungernia victoris galantamine hydrobromide). Expansion of resource base of vegetative bioobjects at the expense of cultures of cages of superproducers is limited to absence of techniques of definition of authenticity and standardization of raw materials of a biotechnological origin. Not differentiated cells of a biomass, without dependence from primary native plants, are homogeneous enough for external signs that creates serious difficulties at an establishment of authenticity of raw materials of a biotechnological origin at control of its quality. The analysis carried out by us has no any features at its carrying out with use of a cellular biomass and can be used in the course of an establishment of authenticity of raw materials of a biotechnological origin. Being based on the results of the qualitative analysis of an investigated modeling cellular biomass described above, we have developed a technique of the qualitative analysis with application of a fresh cellular biomass of Ungernia victoris, Panax ginseng, and Thalictrum minus. Possibility of use of this analysis in system of an estimation of synthetic activity of producers - a cellular biomass is estimated. The developed technique of the qualitative analysis is simple enough and economic. On the result of the held researches the diagnostic features of the cell cultures of Ungernia victoris, Thalictrum minus and Panax ginseng were found. It makes their differentiation possible for ascertaining of authenticity in the course of the control of quality of biotechnological raw material. Those features can be also used for control of productive activity of biomasses as in the case of selection of cell clones, so in the case of producing of upheld suspension cultures. Carrying out of such analyses is necessary for carrying out both before planned change of a cellular biomass, and before change of cellular suspension in installations for its wide manufacturing.
