Formulation of the problem. Modern enterprises face the need to integrate data and business processes, which is hindered by the gap between structural data and their semantic representation. Traditional BPM systems and manual ontology creation do not provide efficient information management or adaptability to changing business environments.
Results. A method for automatic ontology generation from CRUD operations of a REST platform is proposed and formalized. A comparative analysis of four existing integration methods against seven criteria is conducted. A five-level system architecture is developed that provides automatic generation, event-driven synchronization, and semantic annotation of business processes.
Practical significance. The comparative evaluation demonstrated a 5–8 times reduction in ontology creation effort, a 10–20 times reduction in update effort, and semantic coverage of 72–93%. The proposed approach improves business process management quality and accelerates the deployment of information and analytical systems.
