Abstract:

Problem Statement. Modern industrial enterprises in Russia face the need to optimize warehouse logistics under conditions of increasing material flow, mandatory product digital marking, and shortage of skilled personnel. After the withdrawal of foreign vendors, the focus shifted towards the implementation of domestic WMS solutions capable of ensuring uninterrupted operation within closed corporate networks and compliance with national regulations.

Objective. To analyze modern Russian WMS systems, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and determine the criteria for selecting optimal solutions for industrial enterprises.

Results. A comparative analysis of key WMS systems available on the Russian market (1C:WMS, Solvo.WMS, Yarus WMS, TopLog WMS, EME.WMS, UDTMC, AXELOT WMS) was carried out. Their architectural, functional, and integration features were identified. It was found that Russian WMS solutions meet international standards in terms of performance and functionality, while offering unique advantages: compliance with national regulations, the ability to operate in isolated corporate networks, and high adaptability to enterprise-specific processes.

Practical significance. The conducted analysis and comparison of domestic WMS solutions enable enterprises to make informed decisions when selecting optimal systems, taking into account architecture, integration capabilities, reliability, and regulatory compliance. The presented results can be applied in the design and modernization of warehouse infrastructure, in choosing between industrial and corporate inventory management systems, as well as in developing requirements for the automation of internal logistics processes. The obtained conclusions and recommendations have practical value for improving warehouse logistics efficiency, reducing operational costs, and ensuring compliance with current requirements for digital product marking and information security.
