In the era of rapid technological advancements and increasing cyber threats, securing access to digital systems has become a crucial challenge for businesses and individuals alike. Traditional authentication methods, such as passwords, are increasingly recognized as insufficient in protecting sensitive data. This article explores the evolution and future of authentication methods, with a special focus on biometric technologies. As multi-factor authentication (MFA) becomes the standard, biometric methods—ranging from fingerprint and facial recognition to more advanced iris scanning and behavioral biometrics—are positioned as key enablers of secure and seamless user experiences.
