Abstract:

The production planning and manufacturing of radio-electronic systems with a complex engineering assembly structure, encompassing a large number of components and assembly units, a wide range of materials, and purchased components (PCs), require the development of production plans at various management levels. These processes demand significant informational and temporal resources. The creation of operational schedules for manufacturing of radio-electronic systems is the final stage of internal production planning. It involves the development of operational schedules at the shop-floor level for the current period. At the operational scheduling stage, the ongoing control of the production process and continuous monitoring of task completion by each enterprise division are carried out. Detailed production schedules for each production unit (shop, section, team, or workstation) for a month, day, or shift are generated using subsystems within Automated Enterprise Management Systems (AEMS). The planning outcomes largely depend on the functional capabilities of the implemented AEMS. In this context, the problem of managing production operations and processes within a shop during operational scheduling formation is of particular interest. This involves leveraging proprietary methods implemented on the «1C:Enterprise» platform, which serves as a key solution for shaping the information structure of most manufacturing enterprises in the current stage of industrial development.

Objective – to enhance the functionality of the operational production planning subsystem within the AEMS of JSC «SPE «Radiosvyaz» by developing operational scheduling subsystem at the shop-floor level, implementing operation-by-operation planning based on the «1C:Enterprise» platform.

A methodology for developing a software solution for operational scheduling methods using the «1C:Enterprise» platform is presented. The study demonstrates the capabilities of defining planning criteria as an objective function for solving optimization problems, utilizing the production planning mechanisms inherent in the standard configurations of the «1C:Enterprise» platform.

The obtained results demonstrate the applicability of the «1C:Enterprise» platform to expand the capabilities of the informational environment of radio-electronic production in solving operational scheduling and planning tasks by means of using proprietary methods of automated planning to meet specified optimality criteria under the resource constraints of specific structural units within the enterprise.
