Abstract:

In the context of global technological and economic competition between countries, the task of replacing foreign-made products in the Russian market to achieve economic and technological sovereignty is one of the most urgent at the moment. In these conditions, Russia is faced with the urgent issue of forming a new technological policy in the country to achieve independence from foreign companies and ensure the sustainable functioning and development of domestic production systems. The sustainability of the development and functioning of production systems is ensured by timely modernization, which makes it possible to ensure an increase in the quality of products, the efficiency of production factors and a reduction in the production cycle necessary in the current economic and political conditions. This paper discusses the automation of the warehouse of purchased integrated parts, which is part of the development of the production system of JSC NPP Radiosvyaz. Automation means a set of measures aimed at introducing automated storage and retrieval systems into the warehouse and their integration, in the form of an automated control system for warehouse complexes, with systems for accounting for the movement of inventory, production dispatching, the accounting contour of the 1C company, dynamically developing a unified information space of the enterprise.

Purpose: automation of warehouse work through the installation of automated storage and retrieval systems RT-Techpostavka ASS CTT and their implementation through the developed automated control system into a unified information space of the enterprise to ensure compatibility with the existing information infrastructure of the warehouse.

Automated storage and retrieval systems RT-Techpostavka ASS STT were installed, which were implemented through the developed automated control system into a unified information space of the enterprise.

The results of the implementation of automated storage and retrieval systems are: reduction of costs and operating costs; improvement of the order picking process; increase in storage density; improvement of working conditions in the warehouse; reduction of warehouse equipment and increase in warehouse productivity. In turn, the introduction of an automated control system ensured: the implementation of authorized access to stored items; increase in the speed of assembly picking; transparency of accounting for the movement of goods and materials; interaction with different manufacturers of warehouse complexes.
