The article is devoted to the problem of the efficiency of the support service in the structure of a modern office and ways to improve it by connecting intelligent modules.
The paper describes the Service Desk system and details the algorithm of its operation. The bottlenecks of the basic algorithm are noted and ways of its improvement are suggested. Attention is drawn to how machine learning methods can improve the efficiency of the system as a whole.
