Abstract:

Formulation of the problem. Each stage of the life cycle of science-intensive products is accompanied by the input and processing of a large amount of heterogeneous information. Throughout the life cycle, this data can be reused, adjusted and supplemented. It is necessary to integrate all life cycle management systems into a single information space in order to form a single and consistent source of product data, simplify and standardize the interaction of systems, as well as generate analytics and forecasts.

Goal. Develop a software tool for integrating life cycle management systems into a single information space. Develop models and algorithms for storing and exchanging data between systems.

Results. As an integration tool, a document management system is proposed. It contains a complete product composition in the form of a project document tree. Documents are supplied with classification signs in the form of attributes for the purpose of using them in related systems, building analytics and forecasting.

Practical significance. The use of a document management system allows to have a single source of data on the product, to integrate life cycle management systems into a single information space. This entails a significant reduction in overhead costs for maintaining the product life cycle and directly affects the quality of information support for management processes and an increase in labor productivity at the enterprise.
