Abstract:
The article discusses the creation of geoinformation portals for different tasks and different scales. Geoinformation portal being the implementation of a model of geographic information system in a web space has specific requirements, which makes impossible to use existing approaches for it development. The article performed an analysis of existing development techniques and models of geographic information systems, as well as provide an approach to development using open source components. The problem of developing geographic information portal based on this approach is determined. The problem is solved by the analysis of existing approaches to the study of information systems. The main issue - the choice of components of the system is achieved with the help of expert survey. Described in the article highlight the technology offers system requirements, then divide them into groups depending on the ratio of a particular subsystem, and for each of the subsystems then a set of alternative opensource components is defined. Thus, the problem of development is reduced to a question of choice amongst alternative components to a result set, which will form the final system. To determine this set is going to an expert commission, which carries out the ranking of each of the components in each of the groups. Then, the working group carried out the tabulation of results and consistency coefficient determined expert answers. Based on this analysis then geoinformation portal is formed.
