Abstract:
For an assessment of radio engineering investigation opportunities by results of radio engineering monitoring in technical means of train-ing is necessary to have as a descriptive model of measuring monitoring according to the standard scenario, and model of an assess-ment of reconnaissance accessibility of object by results of this monitoring. In this a case it is possible to guarantee a completeness of learning influence. For increase of reliability of instrumental monitoring results of special RES conditions of its carrying out, and also a sentence in the order of a choice «reconnaissance dangerous» of the directions are defined. In article for standard situations of complexes application of radio engineering monitoring the technique of a radio engineering investiga-tion assessment of opportunities is offered. The received analytical expressions allow determining by analysis results of the calculated condition indices in case of which requirements for counteraction to technical investigation for special radio-electronic means will be ful-filled. All quantitative indices of an opportunities assessment of radio engineering investigation are based on determination of the relation of of signal power of on an input of the radio means receiver engineering investigation to noise power of . For re-ceiving the generalized estimates limits of possible technical characteristics values of space means, air and ground radio engineering re-connaissance are analyzed and their averaged values are set. As an index for an assessment of means opportunities of radio technical investigation the probability of detection of a signal special radio-electronic means was considered. So, the methodical device given in article allows for average characteristics of investigation means to carry out the generalized estimates of radio engineering investigation opportunities by results of radio engineering monitoring for simulation of a radio-electronic situation in technical means of experts training of complex technical monitoring.
