Abstract:
During the last time Russia began to pay more attention to the development of science, innovation and promote their further implementation, all this is reflected in the adoption of laws on the development, support and implementation of innovations. Despite the high scientific, technical and economic potential of the country, the majority of development is not being implemented, and is at the stage of materialization. Technological modernization of the country associated with the establishment and proper functioning of the market innovation.
Under the innovation market means the totality of relations between entities in the process of production, which appear in the exchange of the results of innovative activities and coordinating the interests of its members on terms and prices of such exchange. The main components of the market are:
effective demand from the consumer;
offer affordable and quality goods seller.
Despite the seemingly simple formula for success in the job market, it is these factors formalize the transaction process and thereby create inertia in the market-related sectors.
From the above discussion one can see the first problem an innovative project - the low level (and sometimes complete lack of) demand. The reasons can be identified:
the inability of science to produce those goods (products) that are able to meet this demand, as well as the production of goods that are perceived as having a value, not only in this market;
immunity of the Russian economy to an innovative type of development (you can even talk about the part of some inertia in demand as such in relation to Innovation);
lack of knowledge about current events or future possibilities of innovative development of the state, which is expressed in the majority in the state of uncertainty in the innovation strategy.
To identify the challenges and analysis of their causes, which are the obstacle in the implementation of innovative projects, conveniently used Ishikawa diagram, which is a graphical ordering of the factors affecting the object of analysis. Better visualize the problem - represented in graphical form the causes of discrepancies communication, influence its appearance.
Thus, the visible root cause, the removal of which most strongly influence the elimination of all discrepancies.
In summary it can be seen that, in general, the production of new products creates the appearance needs them. This happens when new tools to meet the needs when it becomes easier to get the benefit, therefore, increase the need for them, and vice versa, in the absence of any benefits need they replaced the need for other benefits. All this creates the problem field and the relationship of supply and demand in the market innovation.
