Abstract:
At spring monitoring of a second rate student-s functional state it is carried out 230 electrocardiograms registration. Research is spent for model in part isolated heart with formation of a rhythm dynamic base at balance of vegetative nervous system segments (VNSS) influences and without taking into account external pathogenic factors. In procedure of search of an organism functional state (OFS) basic characteristics the data of an intimate rhythm variability estimation and the structural-topological analysis of diagrams of a rhythm of heart with use of parameters энтропии a rhythm of heart are submitted. It is proved, that rhythmgrams represent statistical ensemble. The concept of superfluous informational entropy is entered and dynamics of this parameter is analyzed. It is offered to use results of work for formation of «an ideal heart rhythm» with realization in the form of the virtual heart rhythm diagram. The physiological treatment of «an ideal rhythm» is offered and its characteristics are investigated. On the basis of the analysis of cause-effect relations between entropy parameters natural normalization of a heart rhythm is proved. It is shown, that to criterion of health, or OFS norm, corresponds process of continuous operative normalization of a heart rhythm at the minimal actions of regulating systems in natural frameworks of adaptation. An organism functional reserve is determined by speed of reactionary relations between VNSS and a heart rhythm, and efficiency of its use - in convertibility of a heart rhythm disorder degree.
On the basis of the received results and the data of the analysis it is established, that all students of group are in the identical functional condition appropriate to a spring season within the adaptable norm limits.
