Abstract:
A proximate analysis technique for precision thermostating system of bulk acoustic wave resonator that takes into account temperature process unsteadiness is proposed. An algorithm for determination of thermostating system operating point, compensating action range as well as system thermoinertial features, that is, the maximum rate-of-change temperature and maximum resonator temperature nominal deviation during measuring time is designed. The influence of engineering as well as processing factors of thermostating system on deviation compensation time is evalu-ated. The evaluation criteria for system implementation capability are given.
