Abstract:
In this work describe tasks of modern satellite systems, classification and nature of the spatial distribution of space debris. Show scale distribution of the space debris. Spotted an relevance improve the accuracy of control of the situation on the space objects of artificial origin in the near-Earth space. Describe the shape of providing precision ephemeris of the «International Laser Ranging Service». For work with the ephemeris, describes a methodology to get precision reference orbits. Inside of methodology are presented: results of the optimal interpolation polynomial ephemeris Lagrange, method of obtaining the nodal points, the algorithm is optimal pitch differentiation.
