Abstract:
In the article discusses the methodology transfer photomask pattern printed circuit boards with glass and drawings in electronic form using modern means of domestic production, as well as ways to improve the necessary equipment. The basis served as a transition to a computerized technology enterprises PCB production using modern equipment that uses as input PCB projects in digital format. Also, «digitization» of photomasks reduces the space for storage and production, increasing unification of PCB production.
