Abstract:
To investigate the processes of lipid peroxidation and activity of antioxidant system: quantitative indicators of diene conjugates, malondialdehyde and activity of the enzyme catalase under the influence of harmful factors of Metalworking. Obtained a significant decrease in concentrations of diene conjugates and malondialdehyde, as well as a significant increase in the activity of the antioxidant enzyme catalase in plasma men and regularly smoking women after treatment flower pollen. The positive shifts in the balance between the processes of lipid peroxidation and activity of antioxidant system, which appear under the influence of flower pollen.
