The article examines the problem of proving, the value of proofs in law applying practice, the development and forming of proving law and the necessity of general theoretic developments in this area. In spite of paying attention to the problem of proving law in branch law the general theoretic researchs do exist themselves but the doctrine about the legal proving appeared with the appearance of law. The researching of general historic steps of development of judicial applying in Russia approves that the categories of the lawsuit and the process of proving are interconvertable. The rules regulating the process of proving and law requirements should be equal for all types of law applying process and so the aim of theoretic research is to fix the main requirements of evidence (relevance, admissibility, veracity) in legislative level and also requirements of proving process in different types of law application.
