Abstract:
The article touches upon the main form and methods of international scientific cooperation combating crime at the turn of X1X - XXth century. Crime as the negative social phenomenon stemmed the tide and the operation of society. It became a phenomenon destructing positive processes in many countries. More over it damaged the established international connections. Law-enforcement authorities - forces won-t enough. The importance of International Scientific Community-s Initiatives to agree general approaches in crime control is stressed. The place and the role of international legal science representatives is seen in the searching the optimal ways of combating crime such as creation of International Law and Sentencing Commission, International Union of Criminalists, International Union of Opposing Trafficking in Women and attempts of accepting international legal acts.
