The article considers the political struggle and its impact on the environment of national security in the context of globalization as a tool for the formation of this environment, and national security of the state and forms of political struggle in the context of globalization. Author provides his own view on the possible ways of providing national security and ways of implementing tools of struggling against threats to the national security, which exist nowadays. Author also gives his view on those factors, which influence national security nowadays, including interior and exterior factors. Author also provides his position towards those steps, which should be made in order to provide security on the national level. Author gives descriptions to main key words in the theory of the national security, such as: security framework, tool for providing security, legitimate activities, the revolutionary struggle of the guerrilla movement. Author also provides possible ways of solving problem of legal unsettledness of main mechanisms of providing national security. Author see political struggle as a framework for developing national security.
