Abstract:
On elementary volumes the algorithm of splitting of a design is developed for the automated synthesis of models of thermal processes of any designs of the radio-electronic means, allowing considerably to reduce in comparison with manual construction of models time expenses for realisation of the analysis of thermal processes and to lower probability of occurrence of an error. Algorithms of the automated synthesis of models of thermal processes of any designs of the radio-electronic means are developed, allowing to carry out automatic construction of models of thermal processes for stationary and non-stationary modes with use of graphic means of automation of creation of models of thermal processes of any designs. In radio-electronic means of any design, including the specialised graphic interface of input of any design of radio-electronic means, import 3-D the models created in CAD-systems in formats IGES and SAT, a database of materials, the postprocessor the structure of the automated subsystem of modelling of thermal processes is developed for a conclusion of results of modelling and the module of automatic construction of models of thermal processes for stationary and non-stationary modes. Program modules of input of a design, splitting of a design into elementary volumes, portrayals of a design, creation of an intermediate file between a preprocessor and a settlement kernel, automatic construction of models of thermal processes of any designs of radio-electronic means, a conclusion of results of calculation are developed at a stationary and non-stationary mode on which base the automated subsystem of modelling of thermal processes in radio-electronic means of any design is realised. Technique of modelling of thermal processes in radio-electronic means of any design is developed, different from existing possibility it is essential to raise efficiency of designing теплонагруженных any designs of radio-electronic means and to reduce terms of designing with observance of requirements of the specifications and technical documentation under thermal characteristics. Developed program and methodical maintenance is introduced in designing practice at the industrial enterprises and in educational process of high schools.
